Your Favorite Video Games Demade for Atari, Gameboy, and NES

Vsauce3 recently released a video that featured 4 video game demakes that I think might interest everyone. These games include demakes of Halo, Super Smash Bros., Team Fortress 2, and Left 4 Dead. They’re kind of cool, though I think for most of these, the benefits of modern video game technology and design. For example, …

Welcome to Robot Hell Robot Soldier

Once again, Source Filmmaker and the people who know how to use it amaze me. Especially with this, which might even be better than the original animation for the song.

Kotaku Compiled Gabe Newell Gallery

So Kotaku did something really interesting. They compiled some of the best fan art not for Portal, not for Team Fortress 2, not even for Half-Life, but for the man behind all of those games: Gabe Newell.   It seems that Gaben is the one the internet loves to make fun of endearingly, which is …

Vsauce3: Are Rocket Jumps Possible?

These never made sense to me. Growing up, one of my friends would abuse the rocket jump in Halo 2 to get to unreachable sniper positions. Also, this video has probably taught me everything I need to know to operate a rocket launcher. As well as making fast space ships.

Idea Channel: Are Bit Coins and Unusual Hats the Future of Currency?

An interesting video that explores the relationship between digital currency and Team Fortress 2 hats. The economic aspects of it, like most economical aspects, goes over my head. But the idea of giving digital products worth is actually a pretty interesting and one that I think is going to have a lot of politics behind …

Guybrush Sniperwood Wants to be a Pirate

My girlfriend swears by Secrets of Monkey Island and so she lost it when she saw this scene recreated in Source Filmmaker. Really, at this point, I want to see a full length movie with a theatrical release made using Team Fortress 2 characters and Source Filmmaker.

A Beautiful Little Moment – Game Grumps in Team Fortress 2

I don’t watch a lot of Game Grumps, in fact, I actually don’t watch any except their Sonic 06 Let’s Play. They do however have some really great moments like this and when animated with Source Filmmaker. Holy crap, is it one of the coolest things I’ve seen out of the software. Also dramatic music …

The Medic Sings His “I Am” Song

Ah, the Medic feels like being a Disney Princess, singing his song to no one. Or maybe he’s the Disney villain (it sounds like a villain song). Maybe he’s both.

Feast of Fiction: Nuka-Cola, Bonk, and Perk-A-Cola

This episode of Feast of Fiction is kinda…different. The crafts approach is alright, especially considering how hard it is to make soda. Still, these would be pretty nifty gifts and decorations.

Robot Chicken’s Team Fortress 2 Spoof

A couple of days ago, someone I talked to was saying how we loved playing Black Ops and that it was like real war because you had to keep your eyes peeled and your reflexes sharp. This is how I imagine a lot of gamers would react to suddenly being thrown in to combat situation …

Meet the Dumpster Diver

Even though Source Filmmaker makes it possible to make great animations, it still takes a great animator to animate it. This video is really well animated and at first, I thought it was an official “Meet The” video made by Valve.

A Scene From Toy Story Redone in Team Fortress 2

So I don’t know if this is Source Filmmaker or Gary’s Mod, but I love this. It not only recreates a great scene from Toy Story, but it makes it stupid and hilarious. The ending also ruins a great family film forever.

Scout Vs. Witch

This is totally me during the zombie apocalypse.

This Scene Is Much More Interesting When Using TF2 Characters

I don’t really like the Austin Powers movies. They’re funny, but just not for me. Got to say though, this scene is infinitely less annoying when using character from Team Fortress 2.

“Say What Again” TF2 Recreates Pulp Fiction

This actually looks like a old school 3D animated film. I kinda hope that somebody makes a serious feature length film using the Source Filmmaker, because it can really pull off some of those more subtle animations, even if it does look a bit stiff sometimes.
