This may be a month old, but since this is from one of the guys (only guy?) who made Spelunky I figured it’s worth it.
This an article that all aspiring game developers should probably read, since it discusses the important skill of finishing a game.
This is pretty useful since the production of one game can feel like your life sometimes and so when it comes time to finish the project it can almost seem unbelievable. I know that after my last major project, the only thing I wanted to do was to keep working even though the game was done. Finishing is hard but luckily, everything mentioned in this article is totally good advice.
