If there is one thing that I appreciate about Sony and their choices when it comes to game development, is that they provide a place for really weird and artsy games. Games like Journey, Flower, and now The Unfinished Swan.
Even though I end up never playing these games, I am very curious and very nervous about these types of games. They have interesting designs, but I wonder how fast they might become old. I played the demo of Flower and grew tired of it pretty quickly, so will The Unfinished Swan be something substantial or something that will really just milk their one good decision and then rely on their interesting aesthetic choices to pull the rest of the weight. Seeing as my PS3 will have very little use once the Wii U is released, I think I might buckle down and give this game a try when it releases on the 23rd.
