This was pretty much a boring episode. I was tempted to not post it for several reasons 1) It’s clear this was made before Nintendo’s conference on Thursday so the first question is kind of moot and 2) I don’t know what the EU ruling is. But since reselling rights and stuff can be interesting to someone, I decided to post it.
But I do have a response to what Pachter said: The Wii U Delux edition comes with Nintendoland and it was sold out of Gamestops nationwide in about a day. So I think they sold a lot.
