I’m a little embarrassed to say that I owned a Genesis growing up, but never even heard of this game until college. Definitely looks fast paced and it is most likely very fun.
Interestingly enough, that last bit is something that is quite odd to hear in the modern age of gaming. “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.” As much as I don’t like Call of Duty, it sells. Why should any developer actually change it? OF course, this is just talking about an overarching formula. Of course most games usually don’t get away with adding to a series and not at least adding in something new, but I remember feeling this way when Super Mario Galaxy 2 came out. Super Mario Galaxy is one the best received games this generation, not only would Nintendo be dumb to not release a sequel, but to follow it up with more of the same, plus, it just seemed like a dream come true.
