You know why this weekly update is late? School. School sucks when they assign me work and these next couple of week are going to be hectic. So in the meantime, before I start talking about any of the news from last week I want to request from the people who visit this website a chance to win Super Meat Boy for Steam….for free.
That’s right. We got our hands on a free Steam download for this excellent game and now we want to give it to anyone who has a serious gaming opinion. All you have to do is sign up for this site and write a blog on any gaming topic you want on our forums under “Member Articles”. Seriously, we want to start building a community on this website and despite our past efforts, we haven’t been very fruitful, but we’re going to keep trying. So yeah, just write about anything related to gaming, mainly anything relating to art, story, design, and/or culture.
Anyways, as for the news, Assassins Creed III is a real thing and here’s the trailer to prove it.
And it’s coming for the Wii U to boot.
Not too in the news really. Steam might have a console, or might have a PC, or might have a something. Not sure yet.
Also found this just a few minutes ago, it’s Roger Ebert apparently didn’t like Dark Souls. Honestly, I have nothing against Ebert since he is a film critic, so I imagine playing video games isn’t exactly his area of expertise. I’m a bit more ashamed at gamers for caring what Roger Ebert has to say about video games. I guess it doesn’t surprise me, since gamers often really care about other people’s opinions about a video game, whether they could be considered an expert or not.
